About Me

CURRENT MISSION

When I was young I thought that money was the most important thing in life; now that I am old I know that it is. So, make money, live happy.

ABOUT ME

Outgoing, funny, and loyal. I work hard, and I love to play hard. I really like to help people in need, mostly because I like the help when I need it. I definitely like learning new things and meeting new people.

PHILOSOPHY

Living life day to day. Should plan for the future, but I'm kind of lazy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm hoping to host soon, and sleep somewhere when I go to Korea!!

Interests

I love to brew beer. I started in the summer of 2010 and have brewed some great beers, and some really crappy ones as well. I hope to one day own a microbrewery, but I'm a long way from there. I also love playing cards. Anything from poker, to spades and hearts, and even go fish. I want to learn bridge, I just need someone to teach me. I love movies and television. I also like camping and hiking, although I don't do it as much as I'd like to. Just too busy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in Japan, I was blown away by how many people cross the crosswalk at Shinjuku. People post videos of it, and you can see it in movies, but it still doesn't do it justice. You have to experience it for yourself. The first time I walked across it, I loved it, being a part of it all, just a huge mess of people. Later on, during the trip, I went back there, and I had the opposite reaction. I felt so claustrophobic. I've always liked big cities, but now I know I can never live in a sprawling metropolis.

Another experience I've had that has blown me away, was camping in the Grand Canyon. People hear that it's the biggest canyon on earth, and you assume that it's large due to it's name, but nothing can prepare you for actually seeing the place. It takes a full day's hike just to get to the bottom. It is so immensely huge and gorgeous. Definitely one of my favorite places I've been.
