I love my job because it gives me the ability and time to do a lot of great things. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and explore new areas. My dream is to live in as many citys as possible and get to know all of them. But one can't really do that and keep a steady job, so I do most of my travelling on weekends. I have never been into the general tourist traps of places I go, I prefer to get to know what the locals do, where they hang out, eat and go for a good time. I can't think of a better way to do that, than by staying with somebody who knows the area for a few days. I am also in search of the best nachos in the world, so if you know where to find them, let me know.

Interests

music of course, I'm in a band we play shows, tour and all that, its great fun. I am also a huge comic book nerd, if it has anything to do with comics, I'm all over it. I really enjoy interior design, and anything to do with home decor and furniture refinishing. Sometimes I patrol the streets looking for a beat up old piece of furniture to take home and make new again.

I love movies, I watch a lot of them, so ill just drop a could of favorites but there are so many more.
There Will Be Blood, Captain American The Winter Soldier, Spaceballs, Tropic Thunder, Let the right one in, Clue, Gladiator, The Big Lebowski, Tombstone, Blade, Inside Llewyn Davis.

I read a lot of comic books, marvel comics to be exact.

Music: Mastodon, Ghoul, Sleep, Neurosis, Today is the Day, Metallica, Black Tusk, Converge, The Coathangers, Big Business, The Kills, King Dude, Hank Williams, Waylon Jennings. I can name bands and artist all day, you get the idea.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This past december I had the honor of opening for a band called Today is the Day. I started listening to them when I was 16, they are the band that set me on the musical path I am on today.

I can teach you how to make wicked mac n cheese. and maybe a thing or too about not taking anything personal.
I think it is important that we all learn as much as we can from a diverse group of people. It is easy the problems of other people when you have no real world reference of who they are, so we need to take the time to meet and get to know people that we wouldn't usually come across in our usual circles.
