About Me

I do my best to stay open-minded and fun.
The fascinating thing about being a human is that we not only communicate to survive, but also to inspire ourselves with incredible ideas and stories. That's I appreciate all kinds of conversations, ranging from music to history, computer science to politics, with people from various backgrounds. I value ideas and inspirations so much that I would never get offended by a genuine statement or idea haha so feel free to throw me your crazy thoughts.
By staying fun I mean I always live with passion and curiosity to get away with boredom. At times when everyday is just the same ( yeah I mean school) I question every mundane thing that's slowly killing me and try to make it interesting by putting myself in an imagery situation where I would have to finish my homework because otherwise my homework would feel too lonely and do drugs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's honestly about the people I get to meet! I know it sounds cliche but I really mean it. I get to trade my stories with hosts and surfers and it's always a fair trade.
I would appreciate it if someone is willing to share his/her experiences and property with me haha and I'll be grateful with whatever I get.

Interests

I'll say that I'm interested in all sorts of beautiful things haha. Music is huge part of my life and I'm the kind of guy who can both have fun dancing to EDM and enjoy classical music quietly. My favorite band is Pink Floyd and I listen to a lot of classic rock songs like The Beatles, Rolling Stones and David Bowie. More recent bands that I really love are Oasis and Nirvana. And Radiohead, the Doors. oh also Leonard Cohen! And justin bieber! (haha just joking but don't get me wrong he's got a good voice)

I also have fun programming. I've developed a few web apps and my favorite one is the album timeline website where you can insert the names of your favorite musicians and their albums will appear on the timeline ordered by the publication date.

Music, Movies, and Books

I hate to do this "favorite" sort of thing because it's really hard for me.
If I had to name just one song, only one, the first song that came across my mind is Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd. (also my pick of best guitar solo ever )
The first book that I thought of is The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera.
The one movie should be The Godfather (1972) directed by Francis Ford Coppola.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It happened when I swam for the first time. I was thrown into a strange pool then I heard a lot of noise from behind, like a lot of people were trying to chase me. I was so scared that I kept swimming as fast as I can to escape. And the rest is history. (I beat other millions of sperms and got born.)

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak Chinese pretty well so anything with Chinese or anything about China!

I also played some guitar so I can teach some basic guitar so you can have fun playing and singing.

I can cook some Chinese food :P

What I Can Share with Hosts

Friendship!
Haha it really depends on what you expect and I've got a lot potential when it comes to share with other people.
