I've been working 14 years as a landscape architect - really in love with my job. When I turned 40, 3 years ago, I got conscious that it was time for me to make a big change in my life, so I left it and took some months traveling, a reflection travel. Now I have a lot of ideas and new inspirations in my mind, let's see what will happen..

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I think couchsurfing can be a wonderful way to know places from inside, with people that live them everyday. If you are very lucky, you can go back home with a new friend... As a host is a way to let the world enter your house.
Music, Movies, and Books
Rock, punk, grunge, opera (Puccini overall - sorry sometimes the romantic side comes out), jazz, postrock, blues, bossanova, patchanka, folk. I don't like latin music, metal, hip hop. Love books, but there are so many good books, is really hard pointing out a favourite one... now I'm reading Altai by Wu Ming collective. About movies the same problem: too many.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Projected a urban park, now realized, in Bologna. Traveled to Istanbul on a Vespa 125. Crossed the Atlantic ocean with a sailing boat.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know about plants and garden. Languages. Cooking. Travels. Sailing and splicing. I love sharing stories.
What I Can Share With Hosts
Storytelling of things done and projects for the future. A good italian dinner.
My Interests
Talking, tasting and drinking, traveling by vespa, combi, sailing boator om my feet. In the last years I've learnt to travel alone, a new pleasure, different from traveling with friends: you go deeply into places and persons you meet. Cultivating my vegetable garden (and every year it gets better...). Working on landscape, trying to make the world a most beautiful place. Sailing in the Med, but discovering what means facing an ocean: crossed Atlantic in december 2017.
