So far, the best definition of the meaning of life I have been able to come up with is to be resourceful enough to manage a few moments of extreme happiness amidst the constant turmoil of daily life. It sorts of goes along with the premise me and the Dalai Lama share about happiness being the ultimate objective of one's existence, combined with the awareness and mindfulness to minimize pain due to the lack of acceptance of what is.
