ABOUT ME

I'm a Portuguese and English teacher from Brazil who likes arts, philosophy, politics, history, beer, and a good laugh.
I practice the noble art of Boxing, Yoga, and the fine delight of cannabis. I´ve been playing the same 20 Jorge Ben's and Tim Maia's tunes whenever a guitar is thrown at my lap for about 20 years now. They always work when everyone is drunk and there is no other music. :)

Regarding treaveling, i've spent the last 8 years managing to use vacations to explore the 'continent' called Brazil, usually camping in university campi during academic and political congresses .

I've also traveled a lot inside the geographically unpredictable state of Rio de Janeiro. But those are such short and common trips for me, i didn't describe them in my profile,
But i can give further advice on other cities in the state of Rio de Janeiro as well as on the worderful city of Rio itself (the city I work, study, drink,and sleep over in since always) whenever you get here for a drink. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Im going surfing throughout Europe from November 2011 to January 2012. Hope to meet you guys around!

I will be at a friend's house in Coimbra, Portugal, from where I will plan my surfing with you guys in a more practical basis.

Im going to take some time to visit with my friend's family, (while covering the
Coimbra/Lisboa/Porto circuit), and to decide on the best means of transportation,ticket prices and host's availability dates so i can make the formal requests.

I plan on surfing for 16-20 (hopefully consecutive) days (returning to my friend's house in Coimbra between trips if convenient) through Spain, France, Holland and Hungary, spending 2-3 days in each capital city either eventually extending the period of stay here and there or including extra cities in each country according to surfing opportunities and/or fun levels.
