I'm a woods dweller, dog walker, and community servant gently encouraging diversity in most things while quietly practicing my own path. I'm a gentle soul with a sense of humor and curiosity. I like to both follow and be the lead dog. I'm learning to dance and sing with abandon.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I invite funky, amongst-the-people travel where journeys are likely to be woven together and fun surprises are around the corner. Trading places with costly and cold accommodations in favor of unique and friendly home life sounds good to me.

Interests

I'm into people-powered sports and outdoor activities. I like moving through the air, water, and on land. I'm intrigued by the great expanses of northern and southern 50+ degree latitudes. And I thrive among small groups of people intently sharing of themselves. I'm laughing more and regretting less.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm usually streaming regional community radio content that's as diverse as the volunteers choosing it. I'm a sci-fi fan but have yet to attend a convention or try cosplay. Plus, I'm a news junky and read widely.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked for six weeks throughout Central America along with 400 other world citizens demonstrating person-to-person solidarity for human dignity and rights.
