Overview
About Me
I'm an easy going person who loves to travel around the world and meet new people. I'm a student at the University Federico II in Naples, Italy. I'm currently studying foreign languages, and my dream is to one day live in Germany. I'm obsessed with Germany. I went to Berlin many times, and I went in Hamburg too... very nice city!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like traveling, shootin' the shit (so to speak), just hanging out ;) I signed up because I think this website is a good way to do what I like, that is: meeting new people and traveling.
When you travel, you "immerse" in another reality, I've always been fascinated with different cultures.
Interests
I love animals! I have a dog, and my family and I host foster dogs who are waiting to be adopted. Writing has always been an interest of mine, and because of this I have an extensive collections of pens. Yes, that's right! Pens! There's nothing that makes me smile like a shiny new pen. I never leave home without pen and some paper.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have no preference about music. I listen to all kinds of music.
Bands and singers that I like:
Michael Jackson, Eminem, Aerosmith, U2, Oasis, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, 30STM, Tokio Hotel, and a lot of Italian singers, like: Zero Assoluto, Giorgia, Ligabue, ... etc.
I don't really like splatter movies, I prefer horror and romantic comedies.
Movies and sitcoms:
I really like Robin Williams and Robert Downey Jr. movies. I REALLY love Tim Burton movies! sooo much!
A short list about my preference:
Fringe, Breaking Bad, New Girl, Skins (UK), Kebab for breakfast, Ally Mcbeal,
All Disney movies, Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo, The Basketball Diaries, Titanic, Shakespeare in Love, Charlot, Iron Man (1,2,3), Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Dead Poets Society,Hook, Mrs. Doubtfire, Jumanji, What Dreams May Come, Dirty Dancing, Less Than Zero, Gothika, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Sherlock Holmes (1, 2) Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Blow, ...
I really like reading, but I don't read as much as I'd like to. I don't have a certain genre that I prefer specifically. I just trust my instincts. ;-) Shakespeare is super! especially "Romeo and Juliet". It's ok! You can say it! I'm a sentimental fool, I admit it!!And I like mystery novels too. I've read all the Sherlock Holmes novels. I have read the whole "Harry Potter" and "Twilight" series. While in theory I prefer "vampires" to "wizards", this time win magic...
The book actually by my bed is "Northanger Abbey" By Jane Austin.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I like to think that the best is yet to come... (hopefully)
I was once in church for a concert! May be considered "one amazing thing I've done"?
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I could teach Italian, if you want...I'm tutoring children (after-school) and I like so much to cook. I know a lot of recipes :P Everybody says Italian food is delicious, do u wanna try?
Learn:I have a lot to learn ... one of my dreams is to learn guitar. I would like to learn the sign language too. But I am always open to any experience.

"Elena and her friend are very friendly. Communication with them was very easy. They arrived at the time scheduled. They where very clean and respectful during their stay. I did not see very much of them as they wanted to make the most out of their visit and stolled the city all the time or I was working. I´d definitaley recommend them as guests."
