Overview
About Me
I'm an aid worker currently working in the Italian ngo Un Ponte Per... in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. I'm managing a project aiming to give assistance to Iraqis fleeing from Daesh.
I strongly believe in human rights and in solidarity, therefore I couldn't have chosen a better job. Although the harshness, it allows me to daily fight for my ideals.
I've always been a restless wanderer. I'm fascinated and attracted from diversity and this attitude pushes me to investigate the human being also through the lens. In fact, I'm also a amateur photographer.
I've often had the opportunity to experience historical events, which I felt the duty to immortalise through photography, like for example: the Egyptian revolution, the Palestinian struggle and the humanitarian crisi in Iraq.
I believe photography can be a powerful tool to understand the reality surrounding us and to built empathic connections.
