Interests
I spent my last year in Palestine, doing a fellowship with an American college. I got to travel around both in the West Bank and Israel. It was challenging and exciting experience, which made me face quite a few dilemmas and choose between uneasy options. I still have a lot of questions unanswered, and a quest for self-identification ongoing, but now I am definitely wiser and more aware of the situation in the region. I had to overcome my own fears and complexes, but I was rewarded a million times with unforgettable memories, precious moments and sincere laughs.
I was an exchange student for so many times that I cannot even count, and I am very happy about it! The experience of living in New York City, Hong Kong or any other places is truly priceless. I was interning and studying, as well as traveling around and hanging out with amazing people.
I love sports, especially snowboarding, swimming and hiking.
I'm interested in history, art, music and theatre. I am from St. Petersburg, so you can guess that I am fascinated by culture and literature

Music, Movies, and Books
music - Jazz & Soul are my favourite genres, but I love dancing and singing while going out, so popular music is not something I can ignore.
I think that Ukrainian language is really melodic and I have lots of favourite bands singing in it.
movies - The Big Short, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, Generation P, Spotlight + Christopher Nolan's and Woody Allen's works, musicals and films based on real events
when I get bored I watch sitcoms, but according to my major you can easily guess that I'm a fan of House of Cards and, of course, the GoT
books - dystopias mostly, if one forces me to choose one genre only,
also Mikhail Bulgakov (The Master and Margarita), Ernest Hemingway (A Moveable Feast), Art Spiegelman (Maus), Heinrich Böll (Billiards at half-past nine) and many more
