My name is Elisa, I'm a daydreamer, spontaneous soul and devoted geek and chocolate lover .

I have a special love for Italy and my biggest dream is to move there to eat a lot of gelato and pasta every day. I grew up (most of my childhood) in Sweden, and that´s why nature, animals and being outdoors have a special place in my heart.

But I've also lived in Mexico for 2 year and that's why I enjoy and treasure good food and good company.

More about me, I love to read, hiking, sports in general but mostly running, I´m learning more about yoga and meditation and my goal is to be able to speak 5 languages on a fluent level. So I'm trying to learn German right now ^^

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I first found out about couchsurfing I was like yeees man I have to try that! 😍( My parent where not that happy to hear about me going abroad sleeping in strangers house haha). But I had the best experiences with coachsurfing so far and I really enjoy meeting new people, seeing new places, a new country and just sharing stories with eachother. I would definitely recommend it to anyone !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did (not all) but part of the cammino portuguese, walking along the coast in Portugal until Spain, finishing in Santiago de compostela. I´ve worked as an Au Pair in Rome, Italy and I´ve been in Bali, Indonesia where a man read my hand and told me about my future.

My next adventure will be to do the Camino inglese in August walking in Spain and (to the end of the world) Fisterre and Muxia :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could help you practice any of the above languages I know, and share both swedish and mexican culture with you. If you want to visit Sweden In the future and come to a city by the swedish west coast you could definitely stay at my place :)
