LODGING:
I prefer people who arrive via airplane ✈️. Please let me know your flight schedule and arrive at the airport (international) by 7:00 🕖 and within the US no no later than 8:00 🕗 . I like you to get Lyft or 🚖 Taxi 🚕 to my home. I live at The CoHo apartments, Colonial Homes Drive, Atlanta GEORGIA 30309 . When I accept you to stay with me, I’ll let you know my exact apartment and the building number. I really prefer hosting females.

If you take MARTA , you will hold your wallet tight and keep it on you the whole time you on MARTA or know exactly where it is. I keep it hidden. And keep your eye on it. go to the South Terminal (I’m pretty sure it’s South….you know you need to read signs and ask Airport employees where MARTA is, to double check me) and you will see a section of the airport at the main building where you can buy breeze cards. Please please tell a MARTA employee about your Atlanta stay, ask a MARTA employee for guidance as to what card to get and how to get it. One is paper in my plastic. The plastic one can be refilled.

Go up the escalator. There will be 2 Trains 🚊. Take a MARTA train 🚊 past 5 Points to the Arts Center Station. Art center station is in Midtown. You may see homeless people walking around. They normally will not hurt you. It’s a fairly safe area. I’m not scared when I’m there at all. Still, hold your wallet, tight or make sure you know exactly where it is.

The MARTA employees are consistently positive and good. MARTA employees will always be there to help you out. Feel free to ask them for questions.

Oh, once you are off the train, walk to the area for buses. It’s on one side of the Marta building. Take the 🍑 Peach. I’m pretty sure that’s what it’s called. I believe it’s Marta bus #110. Ask the Marta drivers of the buses 🚌 which bus 🚌 goes down Peachtree Street past Piedmont Hospital 🏥 and past the Shephard Center to Colonial Homes Drive, near Benihana, right at Emory At Peachtree Hills.

Let your Marta bus 🚌 Driver know that you get off at Colonial Homes Drive, below all the construction of Piedmont Hospital 🏥 and Shepherd Center at the bottom of the hill by the expensive restaurant called Houston’s and right at a Emory building. You can let them know that it’s after Piedmont hospital and after the shephard Center from the 110 🚌 . Ask for to to remember which spot this is when you drive up to it.

The Fresh Market, Benihana, Enterprise car rental, Bradford on Peachtree, and MEZZO and a BP gas ⛽️ station are on the street across from Colonial Homes Drive. On the Side of Colonial Homes Drive you will see Piedmont Hospital, The Shepherd Center, Brookwood Square with Urgent Care & 🌻 Cafe Sunflower 🌻 , Avita, pharmacy, BOYD, beauty, here, USA, twist, Buckhead, custom frames, lash, US Marines, third, Eye 👁️ tribe, Med, Health. Next you will see a brown building with green in front called Houston’s HOUSTONS with red plants in front of the green plants. You will see a sign on the left that says Emory At Peachtree Hills. Be ready to get off at the station or this stop. This is Colonial Homes Drive. Please thank the driver of the Marta bus. Their jobs are not anything but hard and difficult. Your walk down the hill.

From the stop, just walk all the way down the street to my apartment. You will see a large. COHO sign in front of a nuisance office.. (Once you and I make contact over Couchsurfing, I will let you know which one it is. You can tell your friends family that you are staying in an area in Atlanta called Buckhead.

I’m in an excellent area of Atlanta called Buckhead. We have just about all a person needs to spend every dollar bill in their wallet in half a day on excellent food and enjoyable entertainment. Make sure to go to the Varsity & get a frosted orange 🍊 . Make sure to go to Richards variety store at Peachtree Battle Shopping Center.Make or Ansley Park. sure to go to the waffle house. Make sure to go to the OK café. try Martin Luther King‘s home. Try visiting Auburn Street. Try the Apex meuseum.Try visiting Fernbank science center if you have young children it’s perfect for young children. Same with The Botanical Gardens 💐🌷🌷🥀Children’s 🍄🪸🪹🪺🍁🍂🍃🪴🎋🍀☘️🌱Garden.🥕🥦🥒🌸🌺🪷🪻They have IMAX movies they have dinosaurs it’s everything for children. Decatur Georgia is a real chill place to be if you are a real chill person and you want to save time bet, do you like NPR, you are into having kids having home school, you’re really a chill person and you’re relaxed, you’ll like to cater a whole lot. If you like having little gardens plots for people. You’ll really like Decatur Georgia. There are art stores in Decatur. Decatur dogs can walk in and out of the restaurants. The Marta goes to Decatur and through Decatur. Decatur is a real chill place are used to live. I really like to cater. It’s a real family oriented positive place with a lot of activists and poetry readers and we’ve got a college that all girls college that’s there. They’ve got at least one probably three coffee shops. Maybe a couple homeless people. At Little five points you will absolutely positively see you at least 20 or 10 homeless people a little five points. Probably two dogs who don’t have homes. Just to let you know. You’ll probably see junkman‘s daughter which is a fun place to go. At Little five points. There’s a great Indian store. Or Native American store. Is an awesome shoe store called Abba Dabba‘s. In Little five points. I love Little five points. The five points will have a lot of drugs if they’re not on the street they’re inside the people in the stores. Don’t worry nobody will bother you though. if you’d like a tattoo go to Little five points. There’s an awesome place oh if you want your body pierced there’s a really good place a little five points to get your body pierced. Oh dear what’s it called. Oh shoot. I was just asked me and I’ll try to tell you what it’s called I can’t think of it right now. It’s a really good place they’ve been there forever and they’re like licensed and they’re really good body piercers and you’ve got to make an appointment to do it. You can also get tattoos in this area of town it’s a good area of town to get tattoos. I don’t have a tattoo so I cannot tell you anything about tattoos and this little excerpt.. If you’d like the great outdoors go to Stone Mountain. If you’d like a shopping go to Lenox mall. if you’re into the 60s and you’re part hippie go to Little five points. Also there might be some more places for you. Ponce city market. If you’re into recycling go to Ponce city market ponce city market is all about recycling and reusing everything Ponce city market is all about reusing and recycling and re-re-furbishing everything and it’s a great excellent high-end place to go, everything there is completely re-done it’s awesome. It’s a bit pricey it’s very well made. They have excellent chocolate they have excellent beer they have excellent food it’s all very genuine very real they have make up they have clothes that were made just for your body. They have plants. Ponce city market charges people money to park at Ponce city market. If you want to go to the very nice nice expensive stores like Tiffany’s and Louis Vuitton and all those extremely high costly stores go to Phipps Plaza. That’s right next to Lenox, on Peachtree. There’s an excellent movie theater there for anybody. It’s real real Kush. There’s a gap at Phipps Plaza. If you’d like to get dance lessons is a really fun place called Dance With Me at Phipps Plaza. Dance With Me is a really fun fun place you can get dance lessons as like with a group at night time I’ve done that many times and I loved it. You can also get individual lessons. The shops are hard and there’s a Starbucks there. It’s extremely pretty expensive. In general. If you really really really want to go high in price and be in the really extremely high costly area as if you were in Beverly Hills 90210, go to the shops of Buckhead. The shops of Buckhead is where you’ll get the nicest nicest clothes that you ever ever see. That’s a place to shop. The shops of Buckhead just asked somebody where the shops of Buckhead are. They’re on peach Street. They’re not hard to find. Everybody knows where they are. I can show you where they are. They’re called the shops of Buckhead. I don’t shop there. My friend works there. On too many occasions, it’s my observation that too many people just use a bed As a free place to sleep. I really prefer to have Couch Surfer‘s who Are female or who are a couple (together) or couchsurfing guests who have already surfed with me to stay at my place. If I accept males, I strongly prefer for him to have strong hosting experience.🪻🌷🌹🌺

1.). I really prefer Couch Surfer to Have a lot, at least 10 to 12, photos of themselves on their page. This is a very easy thing to do, right? Post photos of one self? Even selfies with a host or hostess, person being hosted, pet, any recent photos from a cell phone. Takes 5 seconds a photo. Right? Who doesn’t have 10 to 12 pictures?🌼🌺🪻🍄

2,) I really authentically fill out the questions asked by the Couchsurfing where it asks the Couch Surfer questions about themselves on the Couchsurfing site. I expect the same from brand new surfers who don’t have references.

3.) I prefer to host somebody who already has hosted other Couch Surfer‘s so that they already know what it’s like to host other people. Is somebody who’s going to be using Couchsurfing for the culture of Couchsurfing it’s already involved with Couchsurfing and isn’t doing it for just a one time thing.

4.) I prefer to host Couch Surfer‘s who I’ve also been Couch Surfer‘s themselves.🍄🌹🌺🪻

5.) I prefer the Couch Surfer‘s offer someway that they can give back at the time of their couch surfers. Maybe they can do the dishes maybe they can vacuum the floor maybe they can help neaten up the house perhaps there’s someway that they can give back and they’re ready to give back and show gratitude for me hosting them.

6.) it is imperative for a Couch Surfer to have read my whole entire Novalea of a profile. If someone has not read my profile there is guarantee that they will not have a place to stay. Profile is something I work on continuously. I’ve had at least 70 parties staying at my places of living. I used to work really hard and Couchsurfing and making it a great place for people to come to. I am in a brand new apartment right now. It is all boxes now and I’m trying to get it sorted out.🍄🌺🌸🌼

7.). I prefer for my Couch Surfer‘s to bring their own towels and to bring their own toothpaste and to bring their own shampoo and bring their own food.
There are several places to eat across the street and up the hill from where I live. There’s a Publix down the road.

VERY IMPORTANT Unless you are an Au Pair, With a few exceptions, people need to have already hosted at least a few times before I can consider hosting them. They need to be open to hosting and accepting guests and giving back to the CS community before I’m even going to consider being a host.

It’s also imperative that a person read the entire profile and look at photos and show me that they have really read and absorbed the information on this profile. I’ve worked way too long at hosting to not have someone already invested in their stay. You really need to be, unless you are an Au Pair, receiving guests, to show that you are going to give back ; as well as to take, with only a few instances as exceptions. Please do not use them and just leave your clothes in the washer it dryer. DO be sure to remove each once they are done. NO long showers (I’m environmentally conscious) and please check in with me first if I am home; I can not be late for work, doctor’s appointments, etc. because the only bathroom is occupied. I am held responsible by the building management and my neighbors for the actions and behavior of my guests. I also care about others who live and work in my building. It’s important to be kind and respectful and considerate to the concierge. FYI, there are security cameras in and all around the building.

Be aware that I do my own house cleaning before and after you leave. I’m not at all the most organized person, though I do honestly try.

I love it when people help me out with my house cleaning. That really really helps me.. You can really add to the environment by doing some cleaning or organizing... sometimes my home is super clean.. Most of the time it’s not organized real well. If you would feel better, you are more than welcome to help with maintenance in the apartment. You can really help me this way. I happily welcome your help in exchange for staying at my apartment for free. You are welcome to also look under my sinks & in the hall closet for cleaning 🧼 supplies that I already own & to use them, even if I’m not home. If you see some way that you believe you can make the apartment look better, by all means, cleaning 🧽 any extra dishes, dusting, being sure the tub is extra clean after you shower, polishing the wood table with furniture polish, using 409 to clean,.. . organize and/or straighten up any areas that you think 💭 need help. You can also be real helpful by extra vacuuming of the thick rug and or sweeping in 🧹 the apartment and on the porch. I really appreciate your help. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve had the honor of living and being bonded , for 15 years, with an incredibly amazing soul in the form of a Black Labrador from a shelter in Texas who I named “Love.” I miss her dearly each night and day.🦝🦨🐾🐕‍🦺

I also survived The Cascade School in Whitmore, CA. And I have some positive memories. It was excruciatingly difficult emotionally and spiritually and mentally. I was one of the lucky ones.

I have extreme sadness and empathy for and compassion for and my heart 💜 and my total being goes out to the courageous, strong, loving , trusting people who were hit hard by the hard, frozen, powerful counselors . These counselors were trusted then, yet abused and misused their authority. I would like to put those manipulative ones on Death 💀 Row.
