Overview
About Me
I graduated from college in Philadelphia with an Environmental Science degree in May 2016, and I've mostly just been travelling and soaking up post-grad life since then. I hiked El Camino de Santiago for a few weeks, lived by the beach in Delaware, backpacked with my dad in the White Mountains, then moved to Lake Tahoe, CA to work on a trail conservation crew.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I moved to Lake Tahoe, CA to work on a trail conservation crew. But I quit cause I was getting a little bored, and decided I'd be much happier with a little more freedom and adventure in my life. And now I'm about to road trip back east to Pennsylvania. I'd love to be able to connect with some local people wherever I travel, and hopefully make new friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I studied abroad in Nepal right before the 2015 earthquake. I lived with a local roommate. Traveled across the country in a bus with a smashed windshield, got stranded due to a public bus strike, got food poisoning. But I ALSO trekked in the Himalayas, saw Mt. Everest, celebrated Hindu holidays in a mountain village, saw a living goddess, worked on a tea plantation, and visited World Heritage sites before they were destroyed. Lots of incredible experiences.
