Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met great people through couchsurfing meetings and events when I was living in Turkey.

Interests

I'm interested in almost everything - books, music, film, travel, languages, etc. I practice yoga and I like dancing, but not staying out all night; I need a good night's sleep.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'll watch pretty much any movie except a gory one, and I love all music except Country Western. I like literary fiction, biographies and mysteries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me, some of my performance experiences were amazing: I sang in a Metropolitan Opera premiere, and I was in an exciting production/video with the Netherlands Opera.
Amazing things seen: Machu Piccu, The Great Wall of China, the Taj Mahal.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like meeting people who speak another language and have lived or traveled to places I haven't. As a performing artist myself ( I had a 20 year career as an opera singer) , I enjoy meeting other artists.
