ABOUT ME
Hello!!! I am very happy, friendly and outgoing! I love meeting new people, and learning from them and their experiences. I hope to travel and have the opportunity to truly experience all the uniqueness of each place. I like change and being able to evolve from positive experiences and people is a wonderful thing.
I work very hard and have a lot of responsibilities, but I try to spend most of each day smiling! During my free time I love spending time with my amazing family and friends... great company, drinks and tasty food are a recipe for some lasting memories!
The older I get, the younger I feel!
You can never have too many friends!
I like to do as much as possible during my trips...I would prefer to do and see as much as I can while I am visiting!

PHILOSOPHY
To laugh often and love much;
To win the respect of intelligent persons and the affection of children;
To earn the approval of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends;
To appreciate beauty;
To find the best in others;
To give of one's self without the slightest thought of return;
To have accomplished a task, whetherby a healthy child, a erscued soul, a garden patch, or a redeemed condition;
To have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exaltation;
To know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived;
This is to have suceeded.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
In anyway I can... So far I have hosted and I would like to surf sometime soon.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Two very active CSers, we met through a mutually close friend, introduced me to couchsurfing. So far I have hosted two different people, both wonderful and positive experiences! I am looking forward to being a surfer soon. I have flight travel benefits for one more year and it allows me the freedom to fly for virtually nothing. I want to take advantage of this as much as possible, which means I will mostly be traveling alone.
I have the means to stay in hotels, but I prefer to stay/ meet people from all the ares I travel to. I want each travel experience to be filled with new friendships, laughter and amazing memories!
Interests
Anything outdoors! In particular I do triathlons, running, cycling, swimming, weight training, hiking, etc. I love spending time with family and friends, good cocktails, great food and making memories! I love meeting new people, hearing their stories and getting to know them and how their own life has evolved. I am really interested in seeing as much of this world as possible! Let the journey begin!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was a chiropractor for a four man bicycle team in the Race Across America 2009... a non stop bicycle race across the United States, California to Maryland... a crazy whirlwind experience... "a roller coaster of fun and pain"
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a very specialized chiropractor... I do traditional adjusting to the spine, as do all chiropractors, but I also adjust all of the joints of the upper and lower limbs. I am certified in some specialized muscle treatment techniques (Active Release Technique - ART, Graston, Kinesiotaping) and functional training. I have my BA in Biology, Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I have a lot of great training which allows me to offer solutions to complicated biomechanical injuries.
