About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Throw as many starfish back in the sea as possible

ABOUT ME

Yesterday I opened a fortune cookie that read: "There are big changes ahead for you." And then the fortune cookie fell out of my hand, and my roommate's cat crushed it, so I couldnt eat it. I'd heard that your fortune wont come true unless you eat the cookie. I'm kinda hoping I could prove that rumor wrong...

Being anything but happy takes way too much effort.

PHILOSOPHY

I've learned a lot, but I don't know a lot, and I think that's good to keep in mind.

I once saw a poster on a wall that read: "A mind is like a parachute: it works best when open." Then I saw it on a million more walls, so I'm pretty sure it's true.

Everyone smiles in the same language.

Interests

I like doing new things, but I also like doing old things. I like doing a lot of things. Bonus if they involve talking and food.

I'm a big fan of playing outside, concerts, the beach, learning, and cooking with whole foods (I just figured out my granola recipe; next project: naan).

Teach, Learn, Share

To prevent food from sticking to the pan, make sure the pan is hot before you add oil, and make sure the oil is hot before you add the first ingredients. My dad taught me this, and he's the best chef in the world.
