Overview
About Me
I am that girl who loves so many things, she can't decide what she loves the most. I have just enough hobbies that in the rare event of having free time, I always have a hard time deciding just what I want - there are so many things to do, people to meet, places to discover!
And because of all this, I'm still not sure of what my profession will be - but at least by now I know I want to be of value to the world, I want to leave an impact here by helping others and spreading positivity, culture, tolerance and love, on an intercultural level.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have always loved travelling, but ever since we had an argentinian exchange student living with us for eight months and sharing his and his friends' experiences, I am smitten with meeting people from all around the globe. I'd love to hear your stories and lookout on life - lets meet!
Interests
Reading is my kingdom - my shelves are overflowing with books of all sorts.
Writing is my refuge - whenever I'm in an emotional tempest, I take to the pen and the paper and let my soul flow through. The perfect way of letting people read my mind!
Photography and filming are my tools for expressing how I see the world and what I envision. I love to snap photos that are either pleasing to the eye or thought-provoking in some way.
Dancing is my passion - hiphop, salsa, chacha, bachata, samba, rumba.. some I know only the basic steps of, but I enjoy it nevertheless. :) I also danced hungarian folk dance for 6 years, Acrobatic Rock'n'Roll for 8, and I did hiphop for a year and a half, hopefully will have the opportunity to do it again. I've also been taking salsa classes recently - there are only a few things that can make me feel so free as dancing salsa does!
Calligraphy, drawing is my love - I don't consider myself a huge talent, but whenever a song plays in my head or I see a quote I like, I just have to doodle it! And it makes me happy seeing how my calligraphy and my drawings make other people smile. :)
Music is my life - I've been doing it for 13 years now. 4 years of violin (but I completely forgot it), 7 years of flute (which I completely loved) and at least 4 years of choir practices - and now we have a little 'music project' with my cousins, where I sing. I also recently started teaching myself to play the guitar and the ukulele - next favorite things!
Traveling is what I want to do for a living. No, but seriously - going places I've never been to, meeting interesting people and documenting their stories is my all-time favorite dream job.

Music, Movies, and Books
AS FOR MUSIC
I'm a bit omnivorous. I can listen to a little bit of everything, but I do seem to enjoy music that is melodic and/or has an interesting rythm that I can dance to. That mainly indicates alternative, pop, pop-rock, swing, jazz.. and I even liked K-pop.
For bands and musicians that means The Script, Imagine Dragons, One Republic, Jason Mraz, Sia, George Ezra, Sigma, Flume and many more.
AS FOR BOOKS
I really can't choose a favorite book, but for authors I love the work and writing of Jodi Picoult, Nicholas Sparks and George R. R. Martin (I just loove the vocabulary he uses in the Game of Thrones), and I prefer to read them books in English. :)
AS FOR MOVIES
Anything except horror or thriller. Some films that had a lasting impact on me: 'Cloud Atlas', 'Paper Towns', and 'Me and Earl and the dying girl'.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Me and my friend have participated in a worldwide music video competition for a band called Lunafly and their song, Stardust, introuducing our home country and involving our friends - and we won first place! Now our video is the official music video for that song. I still find that incredible, and it's one of the things I'm proudest of. :)

Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach English or Hungarian, maybe even a little bit of French - though I might prefer to learn it. :) I could also teach some hiphop moves or choreographies, or basic latin dancesteps - but I'd also love to learn anything that has to do with any of my hobbies.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My enthusiasm about life, the knowledge I have gathered so far, and the thirst for learning even more about the world. :)
