When I visit places I love being in the groove of the space, taking my time and mellowing in the Ambience, which can frustrate my family who just want to move through quickly. Through Metaphysical Studies in early 2000 I received Master Reiki and Sekhem Attunements in 2003 and have continued my Journey through Expansion and Awakening via Massage and Working with Families.

Prince Tui Teka, Four Seasons Vivaldi, My daughters music, 70's 80's 90's flashback, Soft Rock, Relaxing Music, Sounds for the Soul, I have Crystal Singing Bowl, Drum and Other Instruments that I play, I know 3 chords on a Ukulele, I love novels that I can't stop reading! They're the best! Im a Netflixaholic and am learning to step away from the TV and Remote .. lol
