About Me

CURRENT MISSION

it's not the destination that matters, it's the journey. So let's go!

ABOUT ME

I love travelling.
I hate to have to work to get money to travel.
I love music.
I can't stay at the same place more than 1 year!!

PHILOSOPHY

"Don't ever let life pass you by" (Incubus, Warning)
That's not always easy to do... I'm working on it.

"Les gens n'aiment pas que l'on suive une autre route qu'eux" (George Brassens)
Tant pis pour eux

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted a few people and I love it. I hope to meet many more soon!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During my different trips, I met some really cool people who helped me a lot. They were unconsciously members of couchsurfing. In Australia, while hitchhiking in North Queensland, a 60-year old man offered us to stay at his place for the night. His place was a boat in a marina. The next morning, he took us for.. can you say ride when it's on the ocean?
In Canada, while hitchhiking from montreal to Vancouver, we met Anick in Winnipeg. She's from Quebec and drove us to Calgary. 5 months later we left Vancouver to move in with her and her flatmates in Quebec. We were part of the same crazy but beautiful family.
Did a 5 week trip on the US west coast in 2009 and my different hosts there really made this adventure amazing, thank you all!!!
A couchsurfer became my housemate, for 3 years! And is now one of my best friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiked more than 2500km in Australia, about 5000km in Canada, 1000 km in the US, about 20km in Mexico (I think that's amazing!)
Travelled through latin America for 11 weeks and saw some beautiful things.
Organised, with my friend, a music festival with no money. 500 people came the first year, 700 the second one, almost 1000 last time. My biggest pride.
