Currently live in the beautiful city of Nizhniy Novgorod in Russia. I've been travelling around a bit, did a one year exchange with Rotary to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and rode my bicycle from Bavaria to Barcelona.

I'm on couchsurfing because I like the idea behind it and I made some good experiences with warmshowers.org, which is pretty much the same thing but especially for cyclists.

Pretty much any kind of music, I like reading but I don't have a preferred genre and if it comes to movies, I'm not a big fan of the big Hollywood blockbusters or these popular comedies which all seem to have the same kind of humor and/or story.

One of my most amazing experiences still is my exchange year to Malaysia. I lived in five different local families, went to two different schools and build up enough social relations to call Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia my home.

I can teach people skiing since I've been a skiing instructor for the last four years. Also I am glad to take anyone, who wants to, skiing or hiking. I'd love to improve my Spanish and learn some new cooking skills.
