I'm 23 years old and have recently just begun my travels, solo. I would consider myself to be outgoing and adventurous, and my favourite thing to do is meet people who are completely different to me, who I can learn something from and who I can hopefully teach something potentially valuable to.

One of the most important lessons I've learnt, came from a 48 year old Swiss friend of mine, he said: no matter how fed up you are or how unsociable you're feeling, always talk to everybody, because every single person in the world has a message for you, no matter how big or small.
