I love hiking/trekking. Just walking around in the nature with my backpack. For many hours and many miles. Planning to do a round the world trek one day in my life.

I'm a positive Swedish girl who likes to discover new places, new people and new cultures.
I like to do sports and try to live a healthy life. Hiking and skiing are my big hobbies in life.
I don't drink alcohol or coffee, but I love hot chocolate :)

Interessi

I like to do different kinds of sports, such as skiing, running, horse riding and hiking. Ball sports are not so much for me though. Ive studied health and it's a subject that really interests me, how you can improve your health and well-being in different ways. I also think it's cool with different languages and I like learning new ones. Trying now to learn Hebrew, but it's a bit difficult... :)

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

In 2008, after working on a Summer camp in Pennsylvania, USA, I went to Colorado. There I went on the most beautiful and amazing horse riding trip. The group (which consisted of only me) and the guide. Western riding (crazy for me cause you don't really hold on to the reins, I'm used to English), in the hot summer, beautiful lake, big mountains with snow on (I love mountains) and galopping really fast! :)

Been travelling a bit to different countries, working/volunteering in different places.
Learned about health in many ways, like nutrition, exercising, massage, coaching.
I also know a few languages if anyone is interested :)
