I have a nice home with a guest room and guest bath. I'm in a quiet area of SLO, there is a nice sun deck to enjoy cocktails on, I am close to downtown, and there is a hill set aside as open space right behind my home where you can do an easy hike. My home is fully air conditioned, too.
