Music, Movies, and Books
Music - Live music with a good cover band is always enjoyable, but also like folk rock, and some songs that just speak to me. Loved a recent song "God is on the move" (Christian)
Books - I like learning, so many non-fiction, in fiction I have really enjoyed a few sci-fi and time travel, such as some Vernor Vinge titles, love some of the old Edgar Rice Burroughs (did you know he wrote a couple westerns? and they're good!). Love reading the Bible and have enjoyed a lot by John Grisham too. I can lose myself for hours on end in a book store.
Movies - All time favorite is probably still Groundhog Day. It took top spot away from Fletch, Ghostbusters, Heaven Can wait and Seems like old times. Also enjoy soooo many others that would be impossible to list them all. Two I liked but doubt anyone has heard of are "reach the Rock" reminds me of my younger years and "man of the century" because it's just so interesting. Category I probably like best is romantic comedies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Started a company nicknamed 'Doolittle and Billum' because it literally took me one day a month to run it (and that was just to mail out bills) but what was so amazing is that it was a phone service run on a single old apple II computer, programmed in assembly language, written in my garage and it ran perfectly the very first time I ran it. I never had to edit it once. (needless to say that has never happened again). It brought in enough money to pay about half our bills.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Experiences in parenting, and business. MAGFAST made over a quarter million in sales in the first 11 minutes of our launch, that was exciting and I have experience with fundraising and manufacturing etc. I've worn a few hats at MAGFAST :)
