I was an engineer in my 20's, decided I didn't want to do that anymore and went back to school to study film production. I am still a student in Austin, TX I just travel whenever I get the opportunity. I have a pup named Maximus that is basically my kid but he doesn't travel with me.

A European friend I made in Hawaii turned me on to it as a new way to travel. It is a great opportunity to meet people in the city you are going and share stories and good times with good people.

I love to hike and experience the outdoors. I enjoy good music and stand up comedy as well too. I love sitting around a table and sharing a meal with friends and family. Drinks can be a lot of fun as well!

The Alchemist is my favorite book but Atlus Shrugged and Skinny Legs and All are both up there.

The Big Labowski and The Grand Budapest Hotel are my favorite films but I love a great number of movies.

I enjoy all kinds of music from Paul Simon to Frank Zappa to Public Enemy.

I gave up a career with great pay and benefits to start my life over at 30 and become a film maker. I moved to a city I had never been to where I knew no one and put everything I had into my dream. I still have a long way to go but I live every day of my life knowing I made the right decision.
