About Me
Hello! My name is Eric. I am an extroverted engineer and teacher who is wrapping up a master's in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University in the United States.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people and travelling to new places. When I travel I want to experience the culture, and I think that couchsurfing is a much better way to experience the culture of a new place than air bnb, a hotel, or even a hostel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went skydiving in only a speedo
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach many things including the English language, culture in the United States (as well as what regions to visit), science/technology/math subject matter, how to backpack or snowboard, and even how to salsa dance
I would like to learn new languages and about new cultures. I would like to learn how best to immerse myself in the culture and see all the beautiful people and places that are "off the beaten path."
I love sharing stories, whether they be exciting, scary, spiritual, or emotional.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share a variety of experiences in the outdoors both in the U.S. and abroad. I would love to share enlightening and educational conversation. I can share my positive energy and lust for life.
