I'm a teaching assistant, master student and graduate senator at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. I am also the current president of the Alpha Chi Chapter of Pi Tau Sigma, Honourary Mechanical Engineering Society. I'm an extremely open-minded person so you can share pretty much everything with me. I am politically and religiously neutral and I respect any view you might have got. I really do hate judging people so I already respect you just the way you are. I like deep conversations and I am a talkative person (also I've got this weird British accent that you'll notice in the very first moment). I've got a sarcastic personality and I love laughing all the time. I am a drummer and a good chess player, I've been awarded with more than 25 trophies. I also enjoy playing piano but I can merely play one or two songs right now :). I love science fiction and I am a huge Doctor Who fan. I am well-adjusted and I can stay pretty much everywhere as long as there isn't any cat planning to sleep on me :). I don't drink coffee and I don't smoke but I do drink alcohol time to time also, I wouldn't mind if you do & not do any of those. I am not the best cook out there but I am willing to help you cooking and I enjoy doing it. I also prefer travelling alone because I love getting to know new people in different places. I'd also appreciate if I can be given a tour around because the best way to explore the city is to have someone local with you right? ..and yes my earring is a screw. Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy R&B, pop, rock and classical music. I love Harry Potter and Star Wars series. I also like Pirates of Caribbean. Any romantic comedy and comedy film would also be perfect! I can enjoy any self-improvement and history books.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
1. I've visited NYC (twice), Washington DC, Miami, Boston and Chicago within 17 days without going bankrupt. 2. I was the 2nd in a national chess tournament in Turkey in 2007. 3. I've always managed to be the youngest student in my class. 4. I've climbed up to a fall in Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah 5. I had a month-long road trip where I saw more than 15 states! The best part is I spent under 1500. [Thanks to Couchsurfing community 😄]
