Growing up in the south of Germany with two older brothers I was always keen to discover the world, which I fulfilled with a one year exchange in Cape Town South Africa with the very naiv age of 16. Having lived in a South African family, I had the chance of meeting one of the most inspiring people I have ever met. Progressing to seek experiences about travelling and learning I soon headed of to South America, where I had my first Couch Surfing experience. Furthermore, I completed my study in Amsterdam with stays abroad in Brazil and Malaysia and currently working and living in Barcelona.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I had the amazing opportunity to travel a vast amount of countries with diverse cultures and people Naturally, I have spent a great amount of time in the usual "backpack hostel". Although, I always enjoyed the company and conversations I had with plenty of amazing and interesting people, I felt the urge to truly discover the people behind the location I was currently visiting. Couchsurfing provides me with the great opportunity to meet people and see the country from a local perspective. I am looking forward to meet amazing individuals and learn about their life as it will be vastly different from mine.
