Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have a big house that I share with 9 cats. I don't think that they would mind if I share with some visitors too. We have a big Avocado tree with a hammock, perfect for chilling.
I love to cook and I won`t refuse a drink. :))

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch Surfing is always a great way of meeting new friends. It feels like you are traveling without leaving your home town. ^^ Now I have friends all over the world!! I hosted Chileans, Koreans, Slovaks, Germans, Frenchs, Argentinians, Uruguayans and Brazilians. And I'm only getting started.
So many people have touched my life doing couchsurfing, both Hosting and Surfing.

Couch Surfing kann man wirklich seine Erlebnisse teilen :)
Es ist wie reisen ohne das Haus zu verlassen.
Wir haben Leute aus halben Welt bekommen 😁

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorites books are Steppenwolf and Brave New World, I also like Hemingway, Goethe, Dostoyevsky, Kundera, Zolla and Machado de Assis.

My favorites groups are "The Band", a Canadian folk group and Real McKenzies, a kick-ass Scottish-Punk band.
About Brazilian music: Mostly Boca Livre, "Recordando o vale das maças and progressive rock Casas das Máquinas.

Love Tolkien and Lord of The Rings as well. (and Silmarillion, etc...)
Epic medieval books are amazing! Bernard Cornwell, for example.

Love japanese Mangas as well. Some have really amazing stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I went to a concert in a big theatre, it was very crowded. After the show I notice that the piano was a "Steinway and Sons", the best brand in the world. So I asked the artist if I could play a little. He was kind and I played "Summertime". What a stagefright! In the end Everybody claps. Even the artist. It was wonderful.

Cycled six months in Scotland in a Tandem (double bike) wild Camping and doing volunteer work in farms. Learned so much about everything. Friendship, endurance, happiness, work, animals, life, the Earth.

Teach, Learn, Share

Once I lived in this farm in Scotland working as a volunteer in WOOFing, an the man that hosted me became my bets friend because we were so alike in heart that I was like a younger version of him.
I improved my skills in accordion with him and in the end he gave me his 80 years old accordion and told me that I should play around the world and make a lot of people happy with it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Show them around and have a lot of fun!
Dance, sing, cook and enjoy.
Language Training, tell random stories, laughing.
I am currently improving my German as well, so talking in German is always a plus!
