Those who dance are often thought mad by those who cannot hear the music.
Wherever I am and whatever I’m doing I seek joy and laughter, in the here and now. I’m a lover of movement and of stillness and the circles of life and time.
I climb, walk, sense, touch and see and like to find what’s always there to find if we choose to open to the moment, to learning and to sharing, to our life force, our power and our potential as individuals and collectively, to the earth knowledge, guidance and wisdom in ancient teachings.
