Hi, I'm a 26-year old Malaysian from Kuala Lumpur! I studied abroad in the UK for 4 years, and am now back in Kuala Lumpur. I enjoy traveling - exploring new places, meeting new people, learning something new. I enjoy all kinds of food and love quirky/ interesting museums!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During the pandemic I worked for an NGO and subsequently a law firm, but am now on a break, and will be traveling the US for a bit. Looking to save some money on accommodation and to experience the US in a different way by staying with locals!

Music - Pop (I like acoustic versions a lot!), Country, Indie/ Folk

Movies - Feel good movies (I like Hallmark movies?)

Books - Girl, Woman, Other by Bernardino Evaristo is a recent favourite. A more classic favourite is 1984 by George Orwell which I think is simply brilliant!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not so much one amazing thing I've done but something I've enjoyed and think I've been able to contribute positively to - teaching English at a Burmese refugee school in Malaysia :)
