Hello, I'm Eve. I'm a primary school teacher from London who has been teaching deaf children for the past five years. The kids are excellent and sign language kicks arse! I've decided to take a bit of a work break to explore the world, meet new people and experience some different ways of life. I hope I'll meet you along the way :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What better way is there to make some new friends, get a personal view of someone's home town and meet people who value what you can learn and share by meeting people from around the world. All whilst keeping travelling affordable too!

Interests

Staying fit and healthy (boxing, running, boot camp classes, aerial hoop, swing dancing)
Wandering around foodie, vintage or second-hand markets
Making cards for people - glitter is usually involved.
Sewing
Outdoor living: hiking, swimming in lakes and waterfalls, camping and bonfires
Collecting fossil - yes, I am a bit of a fossil nerd

What I Can Share with Hosts

A positive attitude, open mind and enthusiasm for experiencing life. I love cooking and would be happy to make you food - chocolate salted caramel brownies are my current favourite. I love reading books and listening to music so would be really happy to swap recommendations.
