Hello Couchsurfers!

I am back at the CouchSurfing community after a long break!

I am Evgenia, coming from Athens, studied in the Netherlands, but currently living to Bratislava for work!
I am very excited to be in this capital, as it's location is quite amazing! So many cities to visit, so many different cultures around and above all great nature for the nature lovers!

A bit about my past. I am a big fan of traveling and hitchhiking and I have studied Chemistry in the past. However, I fowolled the randomness in my life and I ended up ina job out of my conform and knowledge zone.
Besides traveling, I love meeting new people, discussing various, interesting topics, especially about politics and differences & similarities in our culture, gaining new experiences and doing crazy stuff that you will never regret. In addition, I like cinema/movies, reading books and jogging.

But my new hobbies in Slovakia are biking and hiking! :)

I'm an open-minded individual who relishes spending quality evenings with friends, savoring a cold beer at our favorite city spot. (Because sometimes, the simplest things are truly the best!) Can't wait to meet fellow travelers and create some wonderful memories together! 🌍✨

My favorite mousic depends on the mood and for sure through the years my taste has changed a lot..haha
That's something from the past...!
Punk (sex pistols,DK, the Clash ), Hip hop, Manu Chao ,metal(I have a big collection with metal Cd's),Irish punk (The rumjacks,dropkick Murphys).

But now I would go for more instrumental music such as jazz.. And I am a fan of Tinariwen and the desert music.
However, I prefer all the time to learn new bands and new style of music!

Movies: All about Tarantino,Kubrick,Jarmusch...
My favorite right now is" Night on Earth"
I used to read mainly political books such as Chomsky, however now I have moved to literature. And I pick up a country, do some research about its writers, and then choose a book- quite randomly.
