ABOUT ME Technically I am a downshifter. Quit my job, moved from my home country to start a completely new life here, in Finland. Got a new occupation and started a new life. Friends say I have a welcoming, easy going, though, sometimes too much hesitating personality. Most often I have no problems getting along with people. I am restricted in hosting due to my work schedule (work at nights as well). Though, will host if there is a chance. Maximum stay is 3 nights.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
To me couchsurfing is not about a free stay (though I have had such misconception). It is about experience and testing ones limits. Taking a risk. That applies to both, surfers and hosts. Meeting new people, reminding myself that the world around is tremendous and great, people are different, are the reasons I am on couchsurfing. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have hosted several times and couchsurfed as well. All in all I have a limited, but strongly positive experience about couchsurfing.
What I Can Share With Hosts
A talk, my personal time (if there's any to offer). If the interest is reciprocal, ideas and views. Can't promise crazy night parties, or sightseeing tours. Though, if I have time and inspiration, will join. I might cook Russian traditional food, or might not. Will readily eat the food you cook :)
