nice, calm, sociable, rather "think before you do" a "freshly baked" doctor - it will take some time before I will be comfortable being called "doctor!" I enjoy talking and listening to people - discover how they see the world. I've spent years in scout movement - till now I love mountain hiking, camping and self-organized tourism.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
because of a coincidence. After few CS meetings in London I got interested in this way of meeting people. Some time after, in Paris I used CS for the firs time and from this moment I know this is right way for me to travel and experience new places.
Music, Movies, and Books
I am not good at making 'favorite' lists - I'm a regular user :) movies - from what I saw lately and enjoyed: Bigger splash, You don't even know how much I love you (polish film, a very interesting psychological experience) Blues Brothers, the hateful eight. books- not-intentionally I stick to medical field: probably all of the books of Gawande, for a long lime I try to finish D.Kahneman 'thinking fast and slow' music - I am very elastic, seriously I can and I do listen to everything - except polish trash-music: disco polo. Everyone has limits. for everyone who speaks french: I am a big fan of 'salut c'est cool'
One Amazing Thing I've Done
thanks to CS I spend a night on a boat constructed completely from rubbish - a big one! we were seven to sleep there that night. I managed to fall into river in norwegian mountains with my whole equipment -
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm always open to exchange language skills. I won't lie that I have some cooking skills - but! I did prepare polish dinner for nine people at my CS host place - so I won't say no to another opportunity to share my tradition.
What I Can Share With Hosts
good mood - and spirit open for new experiences aaaand of course some polish candies
My Interests
I love trekking, mountain hiking and camping - I've been in polish, romanian, norwegian, czech, italian, french mountains. I've spent years dancing salsa -both LA and cuban, but I enjoyed most traditional cuban dances like rumba and orishas. Now I discover lindy hop (I think shag is my thing!)
