I'm a Palestinian Writer. I write poetry and children stories. I have published several books. Now, I'm doing Master In development evaluation and management. Travelling, reading, dreaming, cooking, meeting new People and learn about different cultures are all among many things I like to do...
I'm married to Reham since 2010 and we have two Kids Jamal 5 years and Adeem she is only one year. However, currently they are in Palestine, and I need you to pray for us to be together again.
As a writer, I have published 7 books until now, and I have other books to be publish but still searching for sponsors. I mainly write poetry but since two years I started to write children story. Based on my writing interests I find travelling as motivation to write. To be honest I was unable to travel before 2014. But during only year only I've managed to visit alot of places and I've learned alot.
Currently, I'm staying in Belgium, it is a nice small and beautiful country in the heart of Europ, I'm doing Advance master in Development Evaluation and Management at Antwerp university. I live in a small village called Schellebelle. it is closed to Ghent the most beautiful city in Belgium in my point of view.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

well, I can officially say that to make to goal of this site achieved, but I find it nice to meet people from all over the world to talk and to learn from them about there culture. I've visited several placed and I never needed a hotel all was hosted by friends relatives or friends of friend. (it's a fact that I know people almost everywhere).
I'm new here but that doesn't mean that I didn't host any one before. in fact, since I rented my new apartment in July 2015 I hosted 12 people. and would like to host more

Interests

I've missed too many opportunities to learn Languages, but NOW I've decided to learn more languages. first I'm doing Dutch courses, next year I'll go to French, then I have Spanish and Italian on my list.
I like playing with kids, in fact I moved to write children's stories because I have discovered again the child inside my heart.
on another topic, I like education and to be educated, thats why I have 2 Bachelors 2 Diplomas and one Master. maybe I'll go for PhD next year. however, I'm interested in the computer and technology stuff too.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like classical music. in fact I listen to special category of arabic singers. some of them are well know while other are know to the intellectual people. I find drama movies more interested than any other classification. PK, The Shawshank Redemption, the green mile, 12 Years a Slave, The Terminal, Kingdom Of Heaven, V For Vendetta, a good year, Australia, Gravity and too many other movies.
of course I like to read poetry more than any other books, but I like to read novels and stories in addition to other things related to my field of work such are development, poverty, management and human capital

What I Can Share with Hosts

first and most importantly I will share love and respect. after that we can talk about materialistic things. for example my home is open for anyone at anytime. I can cook very well, but of course things from our culture, maybe I can do other things. in case my guess were in need for a car and they have driving license I can share them my car or I can just drive them to their destination. anything else I guess you just need to ask me :)
important point: I don't drink Alcohol and Don't eat pork. so don't expect those two things as part of hospitality
