Hey! I'm Facundo. I love art, music, travelling and taking photos. I've been to many places but there's a lot more I'd like to visit. Easy going and social. Always looking forward to meeting new people.

I currently study Art Curation and Photography. I work as editor in a magazine about art, design and youth culture in Buenos Aires and also as a freelance writer and photographer. I do art of different forms such as installations, collage and photography. I'll start curating my first exhibitions this year :)

PHILOSOPHY

I don't think about the future. What works best for me is to concentrate in doing the things I like and enjoying them without worrying too much about where they will take me. I like to believe that doing what I love surrounded by the people I love will lead to awesome and unforeseeable things.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I was very lucky to be born in a family that loves travelling. I travelled with my family all over the world and I experienced amazing things that helped me become who I am today. Although I really enjoyed all of this and I'm very grateful to my parents, as I grew older I became aware of other ways of travelling I hadn't experienced. Travelling without being in a hurry to see as much "important" things as possible, spending time with local people, getting to know a city by walking around it without a map or plan on where to go, skipping the tourists spots in favour of searching for an authentic experience.

I travelled like this with friends. Now I'm couchsurfing on my own and making friends on the way.

I've seen monks travelling on the roof of buses, two floating cities, hundreds of air balloons flying beside mine during sunrise, a red lake, a thirteen colours mountain, the biggest mirror in the world (the biggest salt flat in the world flooded), ancient and modern cities, temples from every religion, glaciers, waterfalls, deserts, beaches, the jungle, the great wall of china, and a lot of awesome people from around the world.
