Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Imagine a world where we could interact with people from diverse corners of the globe, embracing their cultures, languages, and unique perspectives. This is the world I strive to explore and share.

Having lived in the cosmopolitan hub of Dubai, I often find myself yearning for the diverse faces and experiences that I encountered there. I believe in the Sanskrit term "Vasudeva Kutumbakam," which beautifully signifies that the world is one family. It inspires me to connect with individuals from different backgrounds, understanding their cultures, traditions, and even learning new languages.

During my time as a software trainer in Dubai, I had the opportunity to work with HR and top management officials from various hotels, teaching them how to utilize software effectively. It was an incredible experience to delve into the lives of people from around the world, exploring their unique customs, culinary delights, fitness routines, and so much more. It allowed me to appreciate the beauty of diversity and understand the nuances that distinguish our cultures.

One of the highlights of my journey has been the friendships I've formed with my global buddies. Hanging out with them, sharing stories, and immersing myself in their world has been an absolute delight. These connections remind me of the importance of building a vast network of contacts, as they foster invaluable experiences and inspire fresh business ideas.
