About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to live with no regrets.

ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm an amateur photographer, a graphic designer, and a queer. I'm into traveling, film photography, philosophy, camping, backpacking, art, dogs, conversations, and music. I like strange people and strange things.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to learn about everything that I can and hopefully inspire others to feel the same.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted and surfed. I have yet to attend a couchsurfing event, but I'm pretty sure those are awesome. The traveling community is a really wonderful group!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed across Europe and have hosted surfers in San Diego. I've also surfed in Canada. Unfortunately, my living situation right now doesn't allow me to host any surfers. Hopefully in a year or two, I can change that!

Interests

I love nature and being outdoors and grass. I am intrigued by art and design and pets. I spend my time playing tetris, kicking sand at the beach, playing tug-o-war with my dog, hiking, or taking photos. I love philosophy and conversations that dive deep into anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done is backpack across Europe. 10 countries in 30 days.

We were on a train coming out of Croatia in the middle of the night and we hear loud banging noises in the cabin next to ours. They sounded like soldiers started commanding in English and it turns out that the people in there had a Visa that expired just the day before and was being forced to leave the country immediately with proof that they had bought a plane ticket for the next day. They came into our cabin next with full military garb and rifles, checked our passports, and moved on. I guess it doesn't sound too exciting, but it made me think about the different laws that govern different countries and different cultures.

That was just one memorable incident from the 30 days. Can't wait to keep having those experiences and learning about the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Stories, lessons on how to swim, photos of cool doors or pretty grasses, and little gifts from places I'm from or traveling from. I can also help clean and cook!
