I am called Alfa, an Indonesian born and an aerospace engineer from Hamburg, Germany. I have been living in Hamburg for more than 7 years and I know the city very well.

People find me to be an interlocutor, and down to earth person. I’m always curious, open-minded and eager to try something new.

Moreover, I am a foodaholic! On any given day, i like going out for food, coffee or a glass of wine. Besides all about food and that stuff, I like to spend my time at the gym, or visiting art galleries 🎭.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I grew up in a family where there is none of my family who likes to travel and discover new places. From that background, I realized that there is a lot of beautiful places that I've to see and discover. Then I was eager to discover places just by myself. Through Couchsurfing, it makes it even better that I could meet the locals and have some fun with them. I hope I could return the favor when any travelers come to my lovely city, Hamburg.

Furthermore, my goal through Couchsurfing is not only for hosting but that me and my hosts or my guests can stay in contact in the future. It’s about making connections. My goal is working so far and I still have been keeping in touch with my previous guests/hosts and some of them become my good friends.
