Hello there, my name is Fasi. I'm still new at this. In the post-covid world, my work allows me to be a digital nomad, and changes in my personal situation allow me to finally travel.

I'm a curious, easygoing, open-minded person who enjoys meeting new people and experiencing the world through their eyes and stories. A couch to sleep on, some beer recommendations, and the patience to ignore my endless questions are all that is needed.

A Data Engineer by trade and enjoy weightlifting (though I promise not to bore you with gym talk:)). Also, books, ping-pong, and bouldering.

Born and raised in a small town called Bahrampur in West Bengal, India, and I am fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English. However, I have lived in the Netherlands for a long time and am now a Dutch citizen.

I have an apartment and can accommodate one person, but I haven't started hosting. I'm hoping to do so soon.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To me traveling is incomplete if you don't get to talk to know the locals, and get to know the place from their objective or subjective point of view. I'm hoping to find people who also think like me here at couch surfing.
