Me and Sergey are a Russian-Israeli couple who left Russia a few years ago and moved to Georgia, because we cannot tolerate the politics that the Russian government has chosen for its people. We support Ukraine with all our hearts and we're strongly against the war!

We live in Georgia, Batumi, and will be glad to show guests around the town and hang out in local bars and cafes.
We especially enjoy these moments when we find ourselves in a company of travellers (or locals) from different countries united by similar ideas and worldviews.

I'm a teacher, I also play the guitar a bit and like singing. Sergey is a video editor and a big movie lover.

In the first years of my participation in the CS community (2012... ), I was so overwhelmed by its fantastic idea to unite people through their global international hospitality and friendliness, no matter our religion, nationality, or skin color. I am now hoping to gain this feeling again.
I made true friends in CS and believe that this community is one of the best things travelers might experience!

I also like music, I even used to play in a folk band in Russia...
Once got so crazy about the Balkan culture, inspired by Goran Bregovich's music and Emir Kusturica's movies, that I ended up living in Serbia for over 1 year! Once I even talked to Bregovich at a radio station in Moscow! got to him finally))
Of course, I love traveling and yes, meeting new people.

TV shows: I love the Breaking Bad Universe. I also dig Friends and Scrubs.
I like movies by Emir Kusturica, Milos Forman, Lars Fon Trier, Alejandro González Inarritu, Federico Fellini, Steven Spielberg, Martin McDonagh and others.
Writers: John Fowels, Efraim Sevela,. My favorite book is probably "Flowers for Algernon".
Music: good old rock and rock-n-roll, and I dance to pop music of the 1990s and 2000s))
