Just got back from Fiji doing my dive master course. Looking to learn as much as I can from the Melbourne coffee industry and improve my coffee roasting skills and barista skills. My dad is British, my mom is half Spanish and half Argentinian, I grew up in Spain and Greece and went to university and worked in the UK. Left the corporate world to travel the world and pursue my passion for diving in Fiji and coffee in Australia.
