I am moving from my apartment but have a month of overlap. I would like to offset some of the costs by letting a guest stay for awhile. I have a very nice apartment with amenities, etc. next to some hiking and biking trails. This place would be perfect for someone who is traveling light and really just needs a place to take a break.
