Hi, Im Fernanda from Chile. How could i describe myself? Really active and motivate person! Always enjoying life and being grateful for all experiences i have lived, im always willing to live to new experiences and meet new people.

I studied Commercial Engineer, a profession just known in my country :) but is kind of business and administration. I was recently working for an Airline company (LAN) almost during the las two years. However i decided to quit my job and start a new adventure with my best friend Ignacia Mediavilla (on Couchsurfing too) which is travel around the world! We love the uncertainty and let be surprise about life.
For me travelling is the best way to meet and learn about people and moreover about yourself. Leaving you comfort circle and start living experiences that you have dreamed and moreover being open of those you never expect it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Trips are not only about famous and amazing places, for me travel is about people and the experiences you get. Ignacia and I love to meet new people and learn about them.
We would love to discover different places through the people who lives there, have the chance of live a "local experience".
Well, also we have to consider that the Budget its never enough to travel as much as we want!

Interests

I completely love nature and sports related with it. I really enjoy going camping because its the moment when you are able to live "simple" and contemplate beauty being conscious about real essential things.
I love the beach and always surrounded by nice people :)

About movies…uff its hard to choose but i should say La vita è bella, Forest Gump, Into the wild, Fight Club, The pianist, and even if a know many people would be disagree with me, i never get tired to watch Titanic :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Make a 3 weeks bike trip through the austral highway and the island of Chiloé, both located in the South Chile.
I traveled alone for the first time trough Southeast Asian in 2012, awesome experience that changed my perspective of life.

Teach, Learn, Share

Im willing to learn new languages! And i can teach some Spanish and special chilean words ;).
I always love to talk about my country Chile and South America too, so if you want to know more about our far culture and how many beauty you could find here just ask!
