I love outdoors. I can be at my high (any sports from hiking, viaferrata, skiing, salsa, freediving...) to be in a state of introspection with deep conversation and meditation.

While im not getting lost in mother nature, i devote most of my time in learning (anything that makes me a student), teaching yoga (on break atm).
