Hello everyone!! I'm Flavio from Napoli. I was born in Civitavecchia (Rome) but I grew up in Napoli, exactly in Bacoli, 15 km from the city centre on the west coast.... Currently I have moved in Malta, where I have start to work as buyer for an Italian Company. Howsoever I also lived for 6 mounths in London after my master degree.
Indeed (to give you more details about me) I prefer to underline that I grew up "in the sea" because my truly home in Bacoli is very close from the beach (50 metres) ,in one of the most amazing place of the world - REALLY !! So, maybe for this reason, I think to be a lucky person and I love to talk about my city, our ancient history, our leanguage , our food and our totally unconventional life-style.....we are Neapolitan that is different to be an Italian......this is the first thing that you have to know if you wanna know me ;) ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I think that Couchsurfing "was made on me".... I love this concept to share experiences, to mix different cultures, to have a drink with foreign people talking about something that it's impossible to know in our normal life.
As per every true couchsurfer I am open-minded and easy-going, if I have time, I am also trying to be hospitable in neapolitan way...that is the best in the world because for us the guest house is sacred .

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe it is not amazing for you that are reading now but I circumnavigated the islands of Ischia and Procida with my canoe with a friend to celebrate our graduation ..... a two-day trip in the sea (of course stopping to eat seafood at the restaurants and sleeping on the beach :) :) )
