Hi, I am Florian, an adventurer-explorer. I was a former maths teacher but now I am planting trees in the forest and organizing hygienist retreats which include yoga, meditation, cold bath, breathwork, raw food prep, introduction about fasting and body detoxification. I am raw vegan athlete, I practice running, meditation, yoga and Wim Hof method everyday. My biggest exploration was to cross canadian arctic: 12000 km, 15 months by foot, bike and packraft. From June to October 2020, my new challenge (cf https://floriangomet.com/nouvelle-exploration/) is to cross Europe, from my house in France to the Black Sea, without shoes, without money, without backpack, and (of course) keeping my raw vegan diet...
