My name is Rick I'm 71 years old..live on a houseboat called The Seamouse...in Belfast,Me...I've been living there for 14 years year round.I burn wood, have a dry composting toilet, carry my water, and row back and forth to the dock...
For the past 10 years I've been traveling in central and south america....hostelling and bussing...in the winter.
Traveling, reading, and fishing are my favorite things...I love exploring the alternative places in countries...went to Kuelap ruins in Peru rather than Macheupitu....I like people get along well with animals ...and have 6 adult children,9 grandchildren..my kids range in age from 45 to 23...two families.

I want to interact with fellow travelers and adventurers...staying at motels and hotels doesn't allow much cultural or environmental interaction...I'm reserved and quiet and I consider myself to be a humane and interesting person...
