About Me

I was born in Naples, I've been living in Trento since '97, but I travel a lot due to my job from Rome to North Italy and all around the world.

I'm used to move, so without caring about the conditions.

2014 - Moved to Nago, 5 km from the Garda Lake, the most beautiful lake in Italy. Working there as a guardian of a mountain house for lay missionaries of Italia Solidale, the association I work for.

2015 - Visited Kerala (India) for the first time as a missionary, for 22 days with a companion.

2016 - Visited Kerala (India) for the second time as a missionary, for 58 days alone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Subscribed during 2011, when I turned 18, being offline since. Basically at that moment I just desired to travel all around the world, meeting local people, without getting isolated inside a hotel/B&B/whatever.

I came back online after watching Tomislav Perko on TEDxTalks, talking about "How to travel the world with almost no money". :)

Interests

I spend my time working, reading, listening some music, watching movies and TV series, but I prefer mostly keeping a contact with nature: walking on mountains, swimming in a lake and biking around the city, especially if I am not alone, but with some true friends. Oh, and I write, I write a lot.

Most of the times I like to write about the experiences I live day after day, if I get those. Something that I usually share with people I meet.

I like to reach the peak of a mountain, feeling the wind on my skin. Sometimes I pick my little black notebook and write everything flies through my mind. This is the perfect moment, when I am alone. In this moment, I can feel the nature. I can feel myself, without the city noise and the smog. In fact, now I live alone on a mountain.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. I spent some days with people from the south of the world, Africa, India and South America. Those days saved my life, no doubt. I had a beautiful experience dancing and singing with these people and I found another way to solve the deceits of my old life.

2. It was 11pm and one of my friends asked me if I wanted to go to Venice immediately. I answered yes and then another friend of mine brought us to Innsbruck, and we spent the night there freezing.

3. I wanted to declare my love to a beautiful girl who used to live very far, but I didn't know what to do. I decided to take a night train, reached Rome during the morning, took another train to reach the place where she used to live, took a bus to reach her neighborhood, asking to people in the neighborhood where she was. At last I found her and we spent the whole day travelling around Rome and we watched the sunset. Then I came back home... on a night train again.

3. I spent three hours with a wonderful girl on a bus, just because we wanted to find a good place to visit. It's been a good day, I admit.
